  There is never enough experienced staff at the counter/register and wait time could be 25 minutes or more on the weekends. All management should be terminated immediately for 1) Lacking the basic concept of how positive consumer experiences affect revenue and 2) The inability, or unwillingness, to abide, enforce and promote the above concept. But until that happens, go down the road to Rose City, and avoid this place like a plague!
